Wherever your flowers need to get to, we can deliver them! We deliver flowers to most countries around the world.

 

How do I send a card with a gift?

We can take care of that!

A complimentary gift card is included with every order of flowers.

Adding your personalised message is easy. Just fill out the gift message section on the cart page, and we’ll include it with your delivery.

 

 Can you deliver on a specific date?

Yes, of course!

If you’re ordering flowers for a special event and want to make sure they arrive on a specific date, just email us at hello@flowersfirst.com and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

 

Do you include a receipt with the delivery?

No! Don’t worry - we understand that most flowers are being sent as gifts, so we never include invoicing information.

 

What if the recipient isn’t home for the flower delivery?

Our drivers do their best to make sure the flowers are received on the day you expect them to be delivered.

If it’s confident to do so, they will leave the flowers at the safe place or a neighbour. Otherwise, they’ll make another delivery attempt.

Just a friendly reminder to double check the delivery information and phone number for your order, as this is the most common reason for delivery disappointment.

 

What’s your returns policy?

RETURNS 

Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns/refunds for these. Each arrangement is expertly handmade to order and contains completely natural products that have been enhanced to extend their life.

 

Any products purchased that are perishable are not applicable for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

 

For all non-perishable items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods to us, from the date on which you notified us.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it and returned at your own expense.

If you believe your item is not up to standard, please contact our customer services team who will work with you to reach the best solution.

HAS YOUR ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

In the event that your order has been damaged during its journey, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the initial item. Please note your order number in the message along with images of the damage on your order. We will arrange for a free collection so you can return the item to our expert florists who will either repair your arrangement or create a new one for you. Time scales will vary, however, we do aim to send you out a replacement within a week.

 

Please note that all damaged items need to be returned in the original packaging so that it arrives back to us in a safe manner. We cannot offer a replacement until the damaged order has been returned back to us. We will not accept returns without the original packaging and customers will be liable if the product is not returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
